Terms and Conditions for GB Rental
1. General Terms of Use
By renting a vehicle from GB Rental, you (the "Customer") agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Our rental services are intended for
lawful purposes only, and vehicles must be operated responsibly. GB Rental reserves the right to deny service to any individual who fails to comply with these
conditions or poses a risk to the safety of others. All customers must present valid identification, a driver’s license, and any other required documentation at the time of rental.
2. Rental Eligibility and Vehicle Use
To rent a vehicle from GB Rental, the Customer must be at least 21 years of age (or 25 for certain vehicle classes) and hold a valid driver’s license for
a minimum of 2 years. The rented vehicle must only be driven by the Customer or authorized additional drivers listed in the rental agreement. Vehicles are
to be used for personal or business purposes and not for any unlawful activities, such as transporting illegal goods, engaging in street racing, or overloading
beyond the manufacturer’s specifications.
3. Payment, Deposits, and Additional Charges
The Customer is required to pay the full rental fee and deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are refundable, subject to the vehicle being returned in the same
condition as rented, excluding normal wear and tear. Additional charges may apply for late returns, fuel refills, tolls, parking violations, or damages caused to
the vehicle during the rental period. Customers must ensure sufficient funds are available for payment, and GB Rental reserves the right to recover any outstanding
balances through legal means if necessary.
4. Insurance and Liability
GB Rental provides basic insurance coverage as part of the rental agreement. However, the Customer is liable for any damages, loss, or theft of the vehicle up
to the deductible amount unless additional insurance coverage is purchased. The Customer is required to report any accidents or damages to GB Rental immediately
and cooperate with insurance procedures. Failure to report an incident or adhere to insurance protocols may result in the Customer being held fully liable for
repair or replacement costs.
5. Vehicle Return and Termination of Agreement
The Customer must return the vehicle on the specified date, time, and location as stated in the rental agreement. Vehicles must be returned in a clean and
acceptable condition, with the fuel level matching the amount at the time of rental. GB Rental reserves the right to terminate the agreement early if the
Customer violates the terms or fails to maintain the vehicle properly. Late returns without prior notice may incur penalties, and GB Rental may repossess the
vehicle at the Customer’s expense if deemed necessary.
By proceeding with a rental from GB Rental, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change, and it is the
responsibility of the Customer to review the latest version before entering into a rental agreement.
